Today, October 15th, is Mariachi Festival Day in Houston! Mayor Pro Tem Castex-Tatum joined Council Member Martinez in presenting The HoustonMariachiFestival a proclamation honoring their 5th anniversary. The Mariachi Fesitval is Houston’s largest Hispanic non-profit organization and is dedicated to showcasing the talents of youth in mariachi and ballet folklorico programs.
