Austin Smith, class of 2006, opened the original Party Fowl restaurant in downtown Nashville in 2014. The restaurant's success drove them to open 5 additional locations in Donelson, Cool Springs, Chattanooga, and Florida. In 2020, the alumni's restaurant struck a deal with Frito-Lay which used Party Fowl's recipe in its limited-edition Nashville Hot Chicken chips campaign. Smith remains active amongst fellow alumni and the community.
