FSY WAS AMAZING!!! I am eternally grateful for this opportunity that I had to be a counselor for my church’s youth camp, For Strength of Youth, this summer. I was able to learn so much from all the session directors, teachers, other staff, and the youth. Being able to see the changes that the youth were able to go through as they grew closer to their Heavenly Father and their Savior, Jesus Christ, brought so much joy to my life. Here are a few of the things that I learn from this summer. 1. We are all beloved sons and daughters of God. 2. Christ died for us so we can return to our Heavenly Father, and we can use the enabling power of the Atonement to overcome our trials. 3. Love one another and see others the way God sees them 4. I am a killer dancer 🕺 5. My facial expressions are on point 🥴 6. I enjoy seeing kids cry (when they feel the Spirit 😅) 7. And finally, God has so much love for each and every one of His children.
