It can be hard to know if you’re just sore from a workout or if you’ve pushed too far into injury territory. Keep an eye out for these signs of overuse injuries:
❌ Pain that doesn’t go away after rest
❌ Inflammation or swelling
❌ Restricted mobility or range of motion
❌ Stiffness or tightness
❌ Weakness or feeling unusually tired
