Lobster Rolls 🦞 BAY STYLE 🔥Finally connected with ironskilletmaster and we had to go big 💯 Made some lobster rolls but gave them a bay twist. Serve them warm and set it off with the garlic blend from tryfinesse No joke these smacked hordt! Even had thequichebiche dancing 😂 . 1️⃣ Break down 1 while Maine lobster for every sandwich you want to make. Cut lobster in to bite sized pieces. 2️⃣ Toast split top brioche buns on each side 3️⃣ Melt 3/4 stick of butter on low heat. Add chopped lobster meat. Turn heat off. Season to taste with tryfinesse garlic blend 4️⃣ Toss with 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp mayo and fresh chives.
