Deputies responded to a gas station city_of_duarte helping a mother who accidentally locked her child inside the vehicle. Hoping not to break the car window, deputies planned to call a technician from a tow company. Brizuela, an employee from Big Time Tow & Recovery, saw this and volunteered to help the deputies.
