This same reasoning applies to many people who run regularly. For most, it’s not about a deep love for the activity itself but rather its practicality. Running is something you can fit into a busy schedule, and it doesn’t require a lot of planning. It’s often seen as a simple solution for fat loss, especially when other options feel more intimidating or complicated.
