More than three decades after its initial release, wearedelasoul have released a brand new video for their track “Oodles of O’s.” 🍩
Though the song was never an official single from 1991’s ‘De La Soul Is Dead,’ many might agree that it’s still a notable fan favorite. Earlier this summer, De La Soul had an Oodles of O’s pop-up donut shop in New York City. During the event, they gathered a few familiar faces like questlove, common, qtiptheabstract, and more to create the feel good andersfromnyc-directed video. The group noted that Dave specifically named this tracked when asked which song they should’ve but never made a video for—and now that wish has finally come true.
The best lesson here for artists: Music is forever, so it’s never too late to add visuals to your favorite track!
