IT’S PROTEIN. 🥩 The “secret” to protein is that it helps you stay full much longer, which means ultimately, you don’t need to eat as much. How much protein do you need each day? About 0.8 to 1.0 grams of protein per pound optimal body weight. Yes, that’s a lot. But it’s totally doable. Animal protein is ideal: steak, chicken, fish, pork, turkeys, eggs.
