Even though I’m living in Budapest now, my LA roots are always with me. Wearing this LA cap and plaid shirt reminds me of where I come from—the West Coast music scene in the late 80s. In this video, I share some of my craziest stories from back then, like meeting Tupac, working with Jerry Heller and Eazy-E at Ruthless Records, and navigating the highs and lows of the music industry.
I was raised in the music business, with my dad being the founding drummer of the band War. But the lessons I’ve learned, like knowing my worth and staying true to myself, have carried me through the years, no matter where life has taken me. Tune in as I reflect on the experiences that shaped my career and how those West Coast vibes still influence me today, even halfway across the world. 🎶🌍
