🍽️ Kiln, the newest restaurant from chef Doug Katz and Todd Thompson, opens today in the Van Aken District. In a sneak peek on Friday, we enjoyed the daiquiri, crudite, mushroom tartlets, pan roasted half chicken, parisienne potatoes and local apple crisp.
