MMC’s customer needed a higher capacity lift for his new Bluegame 42 so it was time to upgrade to a Golden Boat Lifts 40k 8-post, 4-motor lift. MMC successfully relocated his existing Golden 30k lift to a family member’s home just up the canal. The existing dock needed an update of its own as well. The marginal dock was raised and extended by installing new framing, 4 new pilings and Azek decking. Existing concrete pilings remained.
