When I talk with my ancestors and descendants about how I am choosing to move through the world, while there are questions and concerns, there is very little that I feel the need to justify or explain. When there is a need to justify, that's the gnawing to listen to. If you think what you are doing would dishonor who your ancestors have formed and dreamed you to be, pause.
