Over the past two decades, our I Can Fly programme introduced more than 4,400 students to the world of aviation, and empowered them to pursue their dreams in Hong Kong’s aviation industry. Today, nurturing young leaders and fostering local youth development continue to be amongst our proudest commitments. This year, we brought over 300 students on a tour around aviation facilities and departments across Cathay and the airport community in Hong Kong and beyond; 30 outstanding students were invited to take part in the experiential aviation trip to Flight Training Adelaide in Australia, where they had experienced the life of our cadet pilot and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to fly a small aircraft under the guidance of our instructors.
