First up, HKEX Chairman Laura M Cha shares her career journey, HKEX’s latest rule changes to ban single-gender boards, and her reasons for why a diverse board is key to good corporate governance. Laura has been a champion of change and progress in Mainland China and Hong Kong’s financial markets for more than three decades, and is the “first woman” in a number of capacities, including being HKEX’s first female Chairman.
