Migrant domestic workers are the unsung heroes of many families in Hong Kong, yet a lack of financial literacy leaves many without the ability to properly manage their money. What can we do to empower them with the skills to overcome financial challenges and achieve their life goals? Financial education is a key solution. With support from #HKEXFoundation, Enrich HK has launched the 18-month "Financial and Empowerment Education Programmes for Domestic Workers" that includes workshops, seminars and mentorship, with an aim to equip them with the tools to plan for a future with greater financial security.
