Known for its super crunchy bread, thin pesto and tuna mousse, this recreation mirrors the original, but instead of a normal tuna salad and pesto, I tweaked the recipe to be more on the side of basil vinaigrette and a thick thickkkk thick tonnato 🐠 Tonnato is an Italian condiment that is usually thin like a sauce, and it has anchovies, tuna, lemon and mayo - basically everything delicious.
