Casey's General Stores is shelling out more than $18 million to have its name on the arena at the iaeventscenter. The county-owned arena will be called the Casey's Center for the next decade starting July 1, 2025, replacing wellsfargo as the naming rights partner as the company reaches the end of a 20-year contract. Polk County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday unanimously approved the new contract with caseys. Casey's will pay about $18.3 million over 10 years, according to the naming rights agreement. Under the contract, the company will pay $1.4 million in its first year and $1.6 million in the second year, with a 4% annual increase starting in year three. In addition to the name change, Casey's Center also will offer Casey’s pizza and other Casey’s branded snacks for sale at events.
