And I found out quickly that it’s not random but rather, most of it, was part of an activation organized by @seawalls_ @pangeaseed & local artist @kalbarteski. This particular mural on the ground floor walls of the former radar station, installed to detect attacks during the Cold War, references Camp 10 or what became known as “Dene Village” and the Sayisi Dene who lived in harmony with, and were dependent on, Caribou.
