Let’s talk about all the yummy food & drink I discovered while working in Manchester. As I talked about before, for coffee, you can’t go wrong at - @fdncoffee which has all the best espresso drinks and quite a few originals plus a very Instagrammable interior. For lunch, or dinner, order a custom Radler and then at - @albertsschloss your only trouble will be deciding is it going to be a healthy [delicious] salad or a very European plate of schnitzel and sausages. For a dinner that you won’t want to rush, and that you’ll want to share with friends, head to - @therefugemcr where the only thing that could possibly be better than the food, is the interior. Then for cocktails, make a reservation at - @washhousemcr which is a true speakeasy but one that refreshes the trend toward the fun end of the spectrum and doesn’t take itself too seriously. My only regret about this trip is that I didn’t have more time to eat and drink more 😝 There must be a next time!! What would you add to this list ...
