I had to laugh when my #ATTAelevate #ExploreAlberta hosted group found ourselves at the coolest distillery I’ve ever been to in Canada, relatively on its own in a lovely small town in the Turner Valley and it turned out to be the same one @chellelabub had told me about several weeks ago when I hosted the Scotland contest. She does their marketing and boy would I ever want her job if I wanted to do marketing full time. Because I have a feeling @eauclairecraft isn’t going to need THAT much of a boost before it explodes into being one of the most sought after distilleries in North America if not the world. It’s that incredible. Owner David and his team — in a former theater turned movie theater where David once saw his first movie — make a vodka so phenomenal you can sip it, ala a fine Scotch, not just put it in a cocktail.
