Happy New Year from Roma where live music is playing in the Piazza below our apartment, interspersed with church bells on the hour and in the distance fireworks can be seen dotting the ancient skyline. 2017 has been a year of extreme highs & lows in which I’m extraordinarily grateful to all of you who follow me. You help make it possible to do what I love for a living and that’s something I do not take for granted in a world where there’s so much pain every day.
