As someone who absolutely loves the state of California, I am so thrilled to be part of #CaliforniaWild with the ATTA @adventure.travel_ and @VisitCalifornia. The goal of this campaign -- which physically starts today as we drive away from our meeting spot in Sacramento -- is to help promote the fact that right outside California’s popular, large cities (the places I already know well!) are easily-accessible areas which are rugged, natural and unadulterated; places that are already ready for visitors but that not enough travelers ever experience. For me it’s a distinct honor to be spending the balance of this month challenging myself to discover and learn about these new parts of #California through the people, natural wonders, activities and history that make this state such a cool part of the USA.
