I always feel like it's somehow appropriate posting a sunset as my last photo in NYC before I leave for long assignments. Took this one during my last date night with @dante.vincent thanks to the VIP access we were given at @oneworldnyc. (Thank you!) Fun photo fact: the light is best this time of year over New Jersey, not Manhattan. So while the Observatory provides access to views of all of the New York City area including the best landmarks, if you're a light chaser, this is the place to point your camera. I did of course upload a video and some photos to Stories showing downtown and the Empire State Building as well as the Statue of Liberty but this view was the one I kept coming back to during our hour of watching the light change. It was the best! On this visit, we also learned that there is a bar and restaurant at @oneworldnyc which also has spectacular views. I think next time we'll make a longer night of it and stay to dine as well. Kind of made me think back to when I saw movi...
