I ❤️ this photo @dante.vincent captured because it immediately made me think of what was coming today. I'm cruising into Election Day here in the 🇺🇸 like, "We Got This!" because I have hope and faith we will make the right choice. But I placed my absentee ballot in the mail weeks ago in case my travel or work schedule prohibited me from physically going to the polls today because even though I believe we can make the right choice I'm not going to stand by and expect others to do the work for me. I believe the right to vote is the greatest privilege I have in my country and I loved being around the Chefs this weekend at @doradobeachreserve because they all had different answers about political and personal questions but they all agreed that we each have an individual responsibility to be involved in the process, to use the tools we have, no matter what they are, no matter how big or small they are -- to ensure that we leave behind a better world for the generations who will follow us....
