Cheers to what is hopefully for you a week as creative as it is productive! 🍺 Like this beer from @grbrewingco, part of the Ursa series it was actually their entry to @artprize because they believe, like I do, that #BeerIsArt. I wasn't going to visit this brewery when I was in Grand Rapids but I saw the most beautiful artwork on the side of their building when I was walking by and it drew me in. It turned out to be the artwork for The Ursa Project which was inspired by the constellations Ursa Major and Ursa Minor. The aforementioned became a Honey Chocolate Porter which is bold and dark but not too sweet. The latter became a Blueberry Blonde Ale. I first sampled each on their own, loved each for different reasons and couldn't decide what to have a full pint of -- but then found out when you combine the two into the same glass you get a third beer which they've decided to title "Ursa Confundo."
