Spent yesterday with @adventure_brands visiting San Sebastián del Oeste. It's a town I've wanted to visit for a very long time because of how old and well preserved it is. It was founded in the early 1600's when mining began in the area, rich with silver. Then taken over by Spanish who settled Mexico, it later had a period of decline and semi abandonment following the revolution that resulted in the country of Mexico as we know it today. Our tour included the best meal I've had so far on this trip, cooked in an outdoor kitchen and set up only for our group (which means to have the same meal, you too will have to do this tour) and we also met the 5th generation owner of the town's coffee plantation at Hacienda La Quinta. Plus, we toured Hacienda Jalisco which has ties to Hollywood in my home country and one of the most stunning trees I've ever seen in my life. All this was detailed on snachat of course.
