So far I've been busy pretty much eating my way through the entire downtown area of Billings. I honestly did not come here with the expectation that it would be a food mecca but my tummy is happier than it has been in a long time because of these two days. You heard it here first: Billings is well on its way to being a culinary hot spot in the American West. My favorite dish thus far is shown here: Sweet Pea Agnolotti with Crispy Pancetta, Pea Shoots and Nasturtium by Chef Jeremy Engebretson at Lilac Restaurant. He also makes the best Sticky Toffee Pudding I've had this side of the Atlantic. When you visit, you should also head to Burger Dive for their "Best of the Bash 2014" creation which is Angus Beef coated in Blackened Seasoning topped with Goat Cheese, Bacon, an Onion Ring, Arugula, Sriracha and Garlic Basil mayonnaise.
