For my first few nights in Scottsdale, I'm bunking down at riotously colorful @thesaguaroaz where swimsuit calendar models are often found doing their latest photoshoots and where Iron Chef Jose Garces brings Mexico City cuisine to Arizona with his @distritoaz. (SUCH good guacamole as well.) Two pools with uber cool private cabanas, a large gym and a serene spa round out the offerings of this Joie de Vivre collection hotel. They also have the yummiest nighttime amenity: vibrant, decorated salted chocolates in the form of "Day of the Dead" skulls; and local art decorates the guest rooms.
