I've headed further west in the USA to spend a few days in one of my favorite places: Scottsdale, Arizona; and the adventure started with a hot air balloon ride up to 4,000 feet above the Sonoran Desert. We saw jackrabbits and road runners and lots of big cactus. The moon was still visible, it was warm and the balloons were as colorful as rainbows.
