The sun has physically set on the last day of 2014 here and although metaphorically there's still quite a few hours to go, it does feel like a door of some kind has already started to shut. This is my third time here and my third @edhogmanay but with @dante8 beside me there's nowhere else I'd rather be right now. I could tell you a dozen reasons why but it all comes down to the feeling I got when I looked up and saw this scene and then endeavored to capture it: MAGIC. Edinburgh on NYE is magical. Why or how I can't put into words. But I hope for you that wherever you are and whatever you're doing tonight that there's magic at least in your heart if not outside.
