My @SPG friends recommended that I take the boat to Burano for the day to experience another part of life in and around Venezia...they could not have been more correct in knowing what I might want to see! Life here, in October, is bathed in sun but quiet and peaceful. The colors are almost blinding in their depth and the opportunities for photographs abound to the point that 15 minutes into my journey around the island, my phone died!! I had to find a local cafe to charge and to recharge from the creative overload. What a lovely lovely way to spend 1/2 of my last day in Italia. #spglife
