There are so many incredible places to eat less than a five minute walk from the two @spg properties I've called home here in Firenze, many of them more local than others because of where the properties are in the city. (This is a great thing in my mind, just removed enough from the huge crowds to feel more intimate but not too far away from everything you want to see. Anyway...) This restaurant: Osteria Santo Spirito, is just on the other side of the Arno, but it is so good, I went there twice in one day. Once for lunch, and then for dinner. This is the Spaghetti with Red Pepper and Roasted Garlic. I also recommend the Baked Gnocchi with Formaggio and Truffles. THAT dish is to.die.for. #spglife
