North Korean soldiers have been spotted in Russia’s Kursk region, at the border with Ukraine, Ukraine’s military intelligence service announced Thursday. The Defense Intelligence of Ukraine revealed on Telegram that the North Korean troops, who previously underwent training in Russia's far east, have arrived in the western region, where Ukraine has maintained a presence since its incursion began in August.
