At Feather Friendly®, we believe education is the cornerstone of lasting change. It is also a key element of our efforts to make our world safer for birds. Our latest project at SimonFraserU (SFU) reflects this. We collaborated with Vanessa.hum , a Graduate Research Assistant at SFU, to create a custom static cling that says "Make SFU Bird Safe" and features beautiful bird imagery by the incredibly talented Laurna Germscheid. The true star of this movement is Vanessa, who has tirelessly collected window collision data for five seasons at eight SFU buildings in Burnaby, British Columbia.
