bitesofthebigapple.com - I simply could not resist capturing a portrait of this man who watched us film on Doyers Street for quite some time. He's standing in front of the first Dim Sum parlor in Chinatown, opened in 1927 (or 1920 by some reports), it's Nom Wah Tea Parlor. {Many thanks to
