The first half ended with the Knights trailing the Panthers 42-38. The quarter started with a 43-yard field goal by senior kicker Gus Ehlers. After a touchdown by Liberty Hill, McCallum was unable to convert but forced a Panthers fumble recovered by junior defensive lineman Nash Wegner. Then senior wide receiver Jaiden Booe had a touchdown but the Knights’ 2-point conversion was no good. Liberty Hill had another two touchdowns and then Dunham had a 58-yard touchdown.
