A toddler seen standing outside on the ledge of a third-floor apartment in #Singapore was rescued by a good Samaritan as people stood below with a blanket to try and catch them if necessary. According to the person who took the video, several people knocked on the apartment door, but nobody answered. An adult was found inside the unit after the child was safely returned. #sembawang
