🎨 1. Consume with intention. Mindlessly scrolling will kill your creativity. Do what you need to do to limit your time on the platform. I love sharing this with my clients and I’m sharing it with you because it will give you an opportunity to consume content in a way that allows you to get know yourself. Study your consumption habits! What do you love? Why did you save that content piece? What was it about the post that convinced you to click the link in their bio and join their ecosystem? Content should be both information and inspiration. Anything else is simply a distraction. 🍃 2. Switch up the routine. New perspectives come from new experience.
