One month off, unsure of how much i gained - i just know i gained bc my waist beads are getting a lil snug 🙃 I’m going to keep it real with y’all, even though I have my days of feeling like it sucks – I feel empowered. There is nothing wrong with these medication’s, I just knew from how my body started changing and the goals that I wanted to hit, it wasn’t going to be what I wanted to use to achieve my plans.
