Here are MY College Football player overall ratings if we had an NCAA Football Video Game for 2021. Did I do well with my ratings? I wanted to keep the 99 overall rating very “prestigious” so I only put Kayvon in that place because I don’t really believe anyone else deserves to be there So what do y’all think??
