My experience with Houlihan's was very positive. The food was very, very good and the service excellent. Best yet, the meal was a reasonable price. I had the scallops. They were prepared perfectly and served with risotto that also was very tasty. The server was attentive and friendly and the atmosphere casual and comfortable.
