Today I’m making Jammy Thumbprint cookies ❤️ Note- I would recommend making these a little smaller than shown in the video INGREDIENTS: 1 cup salted butter, softened 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar 2 large eggs 1 tbsp vanilla 1/2 tsp salt 2 1/2 cups flour jam of choice Place the butter and powdered sugar into a large mixing bowl and beat until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs and vanilla, then beat again until fluffy. Fold in the flour and salt, mixing until a soft dough has formed. Wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Scoop out balls of dough, place onto a baking tray, and press a heart into each one with the end of a knife. Transfer jam to a piping bag and pipe a small amount into the heart of each cookie.
