Today you would’ve turned 85, and knowing you the way I did, all you’d want is to be surrounded by family, sharing stories, love, and laughter. I miss you terribly—your wisdom, your warmth, and the way you made everything feel right no matter what. Life hasn’t been the same without you, and there’s a hole in my heart that will always remain. But I find solace knowing that you’re finally at peace. You taught me so much, including how to carry on even when it’s hard, and I try every day to honor that.
