“For me, it was always a goal to go to Penn State, because I wanted to go to the university that helped save my life,” Brady said. After graduating, Brady worked as a Gift Officer at Four Diamonds and published a children’s book, “Smiley’s Smile,” to educate kids about cancer. Now living in Washington State, he speaks in schools and collaborates with hospitals and nonprofits to support cancer patients and promote healthy lives for survivors.
