This is definitely one of those universal experiences all women can relate to. It’s no secret women’s pockets are jokes compared to men’s. But have you ever stopped to wonder why this is? We’ve got you covered. In 2018, The Pudding did a study on the pocket sizes of men’s jeans vs. women’s jeans by measuring the pockets of 80 jeans. The study proved what we all ready knew; the average women’s jean pocket size is 48% shorter than men’s. And this pocket crisis goes all the way back to the 17th century.
