Bonnies serve! It was wonderful to welcome Col. Patricia George (ret.), ’95, to campus today to speak at SBU’s Veterans Day ceremony: "The life of a service person is not an easy one, but I would not trade my time in the service for a trillion dollars. It’s a profession that pushes you beyond your boundaries.” The ROTC Color Guard opened the ceremony and junior Daniel Schiffhauer closed the ceremony with his bagpipes. Navy veteran Bob Van Wicklin, VP for University Advancement, also spoke.
