“Hello! My name is Toni and I am a member of Alpha Xi Delta. I chose to run for Dancing Queen because I have grown really close to the brothers of Delta Sigma Phi and have gained genuine friendships. More importantly, I love the cause that they have chosen to support this year. My family and I rescued my pup, Ice Bear, in December of 2019. His previous home abused and abandoned him, but the Humane Society provided him a second chance. So far, 5700 animals have been adopted into loving homes from the Humane Society Silicon Valley just in 2024. Sadly my Ice Bear passed away a couple of months ago, but I am forever grateful that the Humane Society saved my sweet boy so we could love him till his end.
