The chonkiest granola recipe 🤌
3c oats
1c chopped nuts
1c shredded coconut
1/2c butterscotch chips (optional)
1 heaping scoop vegan vanilla protein (I used transparentlabs )
1/2-1t salt
1T cinnamon
1/3c oil
1/2c syrup or honey
Stir together the dry ingredients. Combine the oil and honey in a microwave safe dish and heat for about 1min. Once heated, stir the oil and honey to combine then add to the dry ingredients. Mix everything together, assess textural integrity, and adjust if needed. Spread on an oiled baking sheet and bake at 300*F for 35-45min, checking after 30min. Let rest for 15min to cool before breaking it apart! Then enjoy the chonky goodness 😋🤤
