I remember growing up with Rock the Vote being the cool kids on the block... mixing music with getting out the vote (which isn't always the most exciting thing for a young person to hear about) They changed the game. To me, probably because of my mom instilling this in me, voting is another form of self care. Thinking about the issues I find most important, reviewing the candidates and then making decisions.
